          1. 罗曼缔克第2期金牌店长训练营(大同站)暨晋蒙两省联动启动大会圆满召开

            继刚结束的罗曼缔克瓷砖“第2期金牌店长”训练营(洛阳站)后,6月18日,罗曼缔克瓷砖培训导师们来到了“中国雕塑之都”——山西大同,并在这里与来自山西大同、长治、运城、平遥、吕梁、临汾、忻州、太原、内蒙古乌兰察布、包头、呼和浩特、鄂尔多斯12地的罗曼缔克家人们展开了为期两天一夜的特训。

            开营当天,学员们按照晋蒙区域分组,在极短时间内设计出队名及口号,并以最饱满的激情进行了一轮团队展示,展现出“金牌店长”强劲的团队协助能力和凝聚力。

            两天的课程,从品牌文化、产品知识、终端销售技巧,由内而外全方位主动出击。罗曼缔克市场部经理郭彩宏说道,身为店长,只有深入产品知识,熟悉产品卖点,才能发掘客户深层次的需要,才能更好地满足需求。

            知识不是力量,真正能学以致用才是力量。在经过两天一夜的精彩特训后,6月20日,罗曼缔克家人们在总部活动策划导师王演寅老师、叶青老师和卢本康老师的带领下,胜利召开晋蒙两省联动启动大会,全体人员热情高涨,整装待发,誓要在接下来的联动大促中掀起一场销售热潮。
